Rob Lewis is a dedicated drama teacher and director with over 20 years of experience in independent schools, community theatres and more. He is known for his interpersonal connection and walking alongside them to help them get where they need to go. By seeing the individual, together we can create a dynamic classroom that equips students for the stage. He is passionate about building a vibrant community by weaving values and SEL competencies into content and concepts.

Rob is skilled at engaging students and navigating complex topics with expertise, fostering deep and authentic connections and meeting students where they are. He is committed to maintaining high expectations while providing the necessary support and tools for students to exceed them. Rob demonstrates strengths in communication, organization, attention to detail, and project management and continues to research new methodologies for best practice. He is adept at collaborating with others and leading large groups toward a shared vision, achieving new successes in their lifelong learning journey.

Over the years, Rob has taught classes, been a guest lecturer, directed and produced theatrical productions, and been the faculty advisor for student groups and after school programs.
